Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
Decided to bike because walking around all day, my calf was still in pain and I didn't think it would be good for me to run, even on the indoor track like Tom suggested. Went with Jamie. Got my heart rate up but it still wasn't very fulfilling. Ice, stretch, and roll. New shoes should be coming tomorrow, fingers crossed.
