With Late Night, Rod, Colin, Nathan, Nico, and maybe someone else? We basically did a Park without going on any of the streets that you go on for a park. Anyways, my calf felt fine while we were warming up. Although now it feels really tight and sore again. I'm gonna ice it again tonight and roll some more. That seemed to work, but the crosstraining day definitely helped too.
