Comments:
Ran as soon as I got home. Long drive from LI. Its not as easy as the drive from Amherst. Its longer and you really got to pay attention. Lets say I was ready to roll when I got in. Held a great pace when all the way around the high school and then came back by the Police Station. Finished strong down Spencer. Just felt like I had a lot build up.
Essentials: Stretch
Mild stretch when I got back, mostly cause I was chillin and my legs felt soo good.I missed not running yesterday.
