Comments:
Afternoon run. A little chiller today and I went a little slower. Dont think I ate enough to sustain me today. No worries Im always down for a chill run. Campus was clearing out as break is starting. Took it as I could up the hill then came down University and back on Court and Albany.
Essentials: Stretch
Feeling tighter today. I have my roller now. I should be using it.
