-Shoulder shrugs with bar - 25lbs on each side
-band shoulders 10 each
-exercise ball ab crunches 30 reps
-weighted pull ups - 10 lbs for 5 reps (one round did 5 reps with 25 lbs)
-bench - ab legs raises (15 reps)
-45 lbs shoulder raises (front)
