woke up waayy earlier than I intended (9:15a). up NP around the first lake back on SP, Fairhill, meadow; no watch.

I don't feel mentally or physically refreshed from my time off... I figured I'd try cross-training instead of my normal break of sit-on-my-ass-for-a-week. I'm really tempted to just take another solid week and not do anything like I probably should have this past week instead of rowing/biking/playing too much soccer. aside from overall general not feeling refreshed for track season, there's a tangible soreness in my right shin, although my big toe blister on each foot from soccer cleats didn't affect my gait much. hopefully shin & blisters will subside with keeping the running chill.
