Comments:
Up early, again. Slept OK, but not great.
In addition to sucking at PNF, I'm super-stiff...and starting to have this weird left hip pain. So rather than grind out a bunch of miles, I spent a good 30 minutes doing AM yoga, stretching and body strength before heading out for a 35-40 minute run (forgot my watch). Felt better.
Rest of the day:
* more class: better today. Combining pelvic/scap patterns with limb irradiation and other patterns
