Comments:
did the hill workout with the guys but not really. I just ran on the hills at a bit quicker tempo. I did do the last one hard with the guys but overall it wasn't bad. Cooldown back was pretty easy. Did a few miles before meeting up with everyone.
Name that song, and for those who are wondering that band is sweet.
