Comments:
We jogged to Fort Reno for warmups. Distance runners then did 4 full-length hills. After a brief cool-down, we joined the sprinters for 4 half hills and one full-length hill. I and others went for a run through the park to 38th, then up Brandywine to Grant road to 39th to Van Ness to Wisconsin to Brandywine to Ethan Burn's House through various alleys back to school.
