Comments:
It was race-day for Matt: RTSW half marathon. Got there at 830, did ten min on the bike path for warm-up. I also ran over the bridge to watch him roll through at 5mi, then -- after doing some injury screening at the finish, I backtracked up the trail to run the last <3 with him.

He did really well: 1:28:59 -- about 11 min faster than his initial goal. Not bad for his 4th-ever race!

Overall I felt pretty good. Went for breakfast at Cornucopia afterwards (MEH).
