Finally, backout on the streets. Didnt know how I would respond after such an exhausting week. It felt great from the first step that I took. Went right at dusk but missed the sunset. Felt great to be out there, that was just what was going on at the time and to be in the moment... Went comfortable, whatever the pace was it came as is. Finished up hard into the parking lot. Natural.

Essentials: Stretch

Quick stretch in the parking lot. Didnt realize how late it was and knew I should get going. Legs feel great with the short shake out run. What a last few weeks. It was a rush, and now we move on.
