Comments:
Onsite run again. It was a gorgeous day infact. A little windy but the sun and sky were out. I was doing some more work this midday to catch up and reset after the beamtime run. I think I did 90+ hrs last week... Could use a little slowdown and digestion next few weeks. Thats nice because I can fitin runs to stay efficient. Anyways, ran down to the apartments and back. Against the wind I slowed down but had a solid pace with the wind. Not as fast as yesterday but still feeling good considering the time away from the streets.
Essentials: Stretch
Light stretch in the parking lot when I finished. Feeling sore now that I am getting my legs moving again. Feels good though. Weather looks swell here on out as well, adds to the enjoyment after bundling up all winter.
