Comments:
More progress today. Thought I would be energized for a run, but felt slow and sluggish today. Glad I brought my pants because it was actually kinda chilly out with the wind. I just did a kind of outer loop, taking it easy fighting to keep the pace. You know one of those slow days. Glad I got it in though.
Essentials: Stretch
With daylights savings time, I can fit in good runs during the sunlight and stretch appropriately. Feel nice and flexible after which is good. I think overall, this was a perfect shake off from the office work today. Still not feeling as in shape as I would like after taking two weeks off.
