training run with Marvin at race course in Guelph a warm up loop 2 km then 5 x 30 sec run off the start line 3 x 300m finish up big hill to the finish and about 4 km cool down run felt strong on the hills and the strides but weak on the cool down for so reason try to get more sleep this week
