Comments:
Up for an early morning run. Havnt gotten up and run in a while. It was alright I still felt awfully sluggish and slow even though I was alert and awake. Just wandered around, when to the shore then down to the school. The hills were pretty rough actually. I overdressed too. Didnt realize it was spring today (equinox) but I could tell as soon as I walked out the door. Pleasant surprise.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Good stretch and roll when I got back really needed that. Legs feeling shot up overall. Got to keep up with it and get moving again.
