Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Went into the lab in the afternoon to do some computer stuff then get a run in. My head wasnt in the right place at the time, so I thought running would reset. In some sense I felt better afterwards, but still couldnt focus on the stride. It was wicked windy out to some coming back I was slowed down considerably. Shame because it was otherwise a beautiful sunny day.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretched in the lot when I got back but did not feel completely reset. Legs and everything felt fine today. More rolling later. One week back and the miles are coming easier but I need to stick with it to get back to comfortable mileage.
