Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Paired with WillHill. Goal was 34-36, and we hit 34 on most of them. Nothing slower than a 35 and we accidentally did some faster ones too. Sophie Drew joined at the end.
I felt really really good during this workout. The weather was perfect, despite a bit of wind, and my legs felt surprisingly fresh. The ones when I drafted Will were significantly easier, but being out front was a nice feeling too. Makes me really excited to race this weekend.
