West PRE

Comments:
Went long today -- morning, noon and night -- so only did a short run at lunch.

Rolled West PRE solo, around the pond and back. Was ROLLING, but didn't necessarily feel that great. Calves slightly less shitty: the spots I DIDN'T work (upper L, lower R) last night with the ice cup were sore. Clocked a 6:25 on the trail, which is pretty damn fast.

Worked on the mechanics quite a bit, felt "good", but still not effortless. This is making running pretty tiring and sore: very little motivation to progress mileage when 5 miles is this much effort.

Focus: same mechanics, but at 7:00 pace instead of 6:20 or faster!

No circuits. Was at work til 7:30. Cripes.
