Weather: Rainy and cold

Comments:
Started off with four loops of in's and out's. Then 4 easy 400's(felt a little fast though). Then a break and then 8 more 400's. Felt good and kept constant pace till last three where I started feeling bad. Finished alright but definitely not used to speed work.
