Comments:
Did a Rick with Steve and Nathan. Nice and easy throughout which I liked since I was feeling a bit tired. Liked the route, which I've only done twice (twice!), and am excited for the workout tomorrow. 6 strides which felt real smooth. Light stretch and roll afterwards.
