Comments:
Waited late to run, ended up going on my own. Ran down Brookhaven Rd and kept going. It turned into a dirt road and into the woods. Nice! It was kinda chilly. I kept the long pants on, took the pace easy and picked it up on the way back. Didnt know how I would feel. I really really needed a run, so I took advantage of it.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
I decided to rip it back home because I was hungry and it was getting late. That means I had to stretch when I got back, so I was a little tight. Need more miles to feel comfortable out there over the next few weeks as summer kicks off.
