Back out there on the streets. Got the GPS watch working so we were on pace. Solid stuff its in km though so conversions are weird. Went out 3k back 3k. I can tell this week I have been waking up sore. The good kind of sore!
Essentials: Stretch
Simple stretch outside but wanted to get home and chill. I was tired near the end of the day, running was a good recharge.
