Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Group was me, Whamz, Scott, WillHill, and Oscar. First alumni was at 6 flat–very manageable, followed by eight or so minutes of spiking up and meandering, followed by 7x200 at 34ish. I think our splits were 34, 32, 33, 34, 32, 33, 34. Felt real solid on those. Finished up with another alumni that was supposed to be at 6:30 but we did it a few seconds fast. Felt really good throughout this workout but now I'm pretty tired afterwards.
