Comments:
I did my best to cover up on some things in the lab this afternoon. Surprised actually considering how brain dead I felt. By the time I got around to running, it had warmed up a bunch and felt the most like spring so far this year. I really enjoyed the run. Went up to Upton Rd then shot off into the woods taking old dirt and paved roads. Eventually popped out behind the womens dorms. There was a bit of extra space to cover back there too, I think it garners more exploring. Honestly didnt feel great starting out but worked into it and finished strong. Did a few striders too around the ring. I havent revved up my legs in a while and they felt kinda stale today, something I would like to improve to feel smoother day to day.
Essentials: Stretch
Weak stretch in the lot after striders. I was kinda tired and wanted to get back. Forgot my Gatorade on the car roof again. Got to stop driving off with it up there.
