Comments:
I did it, got out there today. Perfect running temp. I took the road down to the train tracks then looped back to the south exit. Didnt really know where it would go or end up but I am glad I found it, solid loop. As I was running along the dirt road, passed a pop up camo tent with what looked like a gun barrel just sticking out. I thought they were doing the deer control in the early morning! I need to wear my vest back there now. That spooked me so I picked up the pace on the way back.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Did some stretching in the lot when I came back. Hammies and quads were tight, sore! More than normal, felt like I havent run in forever. I came back and got on that stick roller, helped a little bit, but still feel tight. I wish for more consistency in the mileage. Just going along with the ride now.
