Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Group was me, Nathan, Oscar, WillHill, and Steve. The 400s got better as we went, and all were no slower than 72 and no faster than 70. Definitely felt smoother on the last couple than I did at the beginning. We then did a 1500 with a goal of 85's(ish) and a kick with about 200 to go. We went out too slow–88 I think, but then picked it up gradually as we went. I have no idea what the final time was, but I figure I closed the final 200 in about 30. Felt real good on that. 150s were a weird new thing, but I really felt like I got good sustained turnover going on those longer feeling strides. Probably did them in about 22, with the last one being about 20. Overall, a really strong workout, definitely one of the longer and more involved ones of the year, but not too too hard. Ready for another 15 this Saturday.
