North Shore Beach

Comments:
I was up early this morning. Out of coffee, which resulted in a rippin headache. I also just felt tired. It was real foggy and overcast but warm, good refreshing running weather. I got out there early and headed straight down to the beach. It was basically empty so I could just go. Sand was uneven and rocky in parts but I got into a pretty good rhythm. Made it all the way down to the Shoreham Club, just about 20 mins. Stopped to feel the water (its was definitely chilly) then hustled back. Solid run felt much better out there. It hit me how close the beach is now. I always only saw it on vacation, so weird its literally in my backyard now.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Had to roll since the sand is kinda uneven. Hips and IT can get a little tight. The extra distance felt good today considering the mileage this week.
