Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Hiked a mile on the treadmil, then ran a mile.
Felt...OK. Not awesome, but not bad.
Not appreciably more sore afterward...a little, but not bad.
Six clients in the AM. Went home after finishing coaching and it was cold and pissing rain. No bike.
PM yoga. Sore from the weekend biking!
