Weather: Hot and Humid

Comments:
Its just another hot, really hot, grueling day. We took the roads today and ran into Bethel (neighboring town of Danbury). I felt fine but I really insisted on keeping it soft on trails since pretty much most of last week was all roads for me because I decided to run alone due to my job. Anyways, I felt fine...we took it a bit easy around sub 7 pace and then kind of picked it up...I slowed down at the end though, I did not want to hammer the rest of the run.
