Bike around 3:15 before my meeting with Justin. Tried REALLY hard to keep it as easy as possible. It felt good -- I think the heat really helps.

Felt really easy, and still took only 1:15. Good ride.

Had a solid treatment-swap session my old coworker Justin. He discovered some more - and important - dysfunction in my left pelvis. Good stuff!
