Dark and Rainy Track Workout

Comments:
I like dark track workouts, not so sold on the rainy.

6x300m -> 6x200m
300m: Goal was 1m02s we were within 2 seconds the whole time I think.
200m: Goal was 40s, we ran them all at 38s except the last one(of course) I ran it about 28s. It was wet and slippery though.
