Comments:
We jogged there (with spikes this time!!), did warmups and began our workout of 4x400m at 72-second pace. Our first lap ended up being a little quicker than expected. I held on to that pace and took a little off each time. Afterward, we jogged back to school and did a bit of strength as a team.
