Exercise Type: Run
Weather: clear; oddly windy
Comments:
Up early. Hip was sore, but - for the first time - it FINALLY feels like muscle. So I stretched and did some massage, then went to run.
Parked at work, then ran (in my old adizero) to the turf, did five laps, then ran back.
Felt good...but noted some SUPER-stiffness in my left lat-posterior pelvis.
