Steady, 2 x magic 1200

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran with Will right before the storm. Workout was steady on the tempo loop for four miles at 6:45 pace. We then did a couple of 1200s, striding the straights and jogging the curves. The first one was 4:31 and the second 4:29. Felt really good on those, and also felt really smooth on the steady. By the end, I was pretty exhausted, but I'm not sure that's entirely related to the workout. Crazy how little time we have left here.
