Comments:
Wow finally caught upon sleep. Woke up at noon and got out in the afternoon. Overcast, a little chilly. I started out fast. Legs certainly felt revved up and ready to roll. Not so much on the way back. I can tell its spring. The path is very very nice and a little wet from all the rain we got. Made it back and felt worked. Ahh refreshing just what I wanted and needed.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch, dont feel very flexible at all. Need to get back into the swing of things and get used to moving around again like that. Also feel decent for just coming back into it. Thats what Im looking for
