Comments:
We went out a little earlier today. Its taking me a while to readjust, get back into the data grind and to wrap up and wrap my head around this insane beamtime. Started out going down through some of the back trails, then looped back to the beamline since I was supposed to hand off a key to Tony. He wasnt there so we added on around back up to Brookhaven Rd. Pace was good today. Achilles was a little tight, but it usually is when I step up.
Essentials: Stretch
Quick stretch in the lot since I had to get back to finish up some stuff. I bolted out after than cause I was hungry and had to go to the bank. I tightened up a lot I think. Need to keep the legs limber this week.
