Exercise Type: Bike

Biked for the shins. Boring as usual. Don't even know distance because I got the bike that starts over every 15 mins. Did some haphazard weights/strength with Sophia though while we were waiting for machines (because I believe there are now only 2 fully working bikes! @Taylor Brown). Speaking of Taylor though, his wife and kids came in while I was in there and OMG gotta give him credit for creating adorable humans. His 2 year old son looks like he just stepped out of a calvin klein ad or something, and he was carrying a mini lacrosse stick because gotta start em young, ya know. Best part of my workout definitely! <3
Strength with Sophia: Double leg bridges (20), Squats (2*15 with bar+20lbs), 10 bicep curls with 10lbs, 12 pike tuck leg lifts
