Comments:
Got out later afternoon. Caught up on sleep and I was ready to run. Kinda humid out. Held the pace well, felt comfortable. Ran down to the gas station then over to Hallock, across the street and down to the schools. Added on a 800m on the track. It was open and a few other people were doing laps. Coming back went up Hallock and Rocky Pt Landing. Slowed down a little bit on the uphill. Great effort today though.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Good stretch and roll. Knees a little tight. I got new softball kicks today. Excited to get back out on the field. I anticipate Ill be pretty sore in weird spots, always am getting back into the "swing" of the season.
