Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
All alone today. Weather was nice, still warm even as the sun was starting to set. Had an uptempo pace today, but felt like I was struggling a little to keep it. Thats were some of the work gets put in, so I am happy. Held it all the way and finished strong back into the lab.
Essentials: Stretch
Quick stretch in the lot. Calves feel sore. There is the fitness challenge tomorrow so I plan to at least run, maybe even go fast. I think throwing in some more regular striders will keep my legs feeling fresh day to day. The weather today reminded me of softball season. Looking forward to that again.
