Back at it. It was a little chillier today. Anyways we started up and went north, then turned on first expecting to turn around eventually. We just kept going and popped out by the collider. Nice route there were a bunch of sports to keep going or turn around too. Held a comfortable but effective pace through out. Finished up by stopping by the softball fields real quick to watch people practicing.

Essentials: Stretch

Just a simple stretch when I got back, hammies and calves sore obviously. I ought to roll out a bit to keep them fresh. Also need to remember to rehydrate I left my waterbottle at home today.
