Comments:
At lab most of the day. Just took a long time to get things done. When I stepped outside to run, none of that mattered. It was perfect weather. I didnt feel particularly good after not getting any miles past 2 days, but the sun shine pushed me along.
Essentials: Stretch
Real mild stretch. I should have done more but I was thirsty and wanted to get back.
