Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Classic route on the CCT (where I saw Mitchell from Sidwell) to River, Western to Mass, and back home. Hills were the River road hill to Western Ave, then the Mass Ave hill up to Walhonding and of course the Wissioming hill to close. Felt good, first run in my new shoes which I already love running in. Getting lucky that I can run in the mid morning with mid-70s weather. Core, stretch, roll afterwards.
