Comments:
Couldn't tell if doing this run backwards is harder or easier than the normal way since I wasn't feeling too great. Even though I went out around 7am, it felt pretty hot. I'm spending a lot of time in the sun at work now, so I've got to try extra hard to stay hydrated throughout the day. Core, stretch, and lift afterwards.
