Exercise Type: Run
Weather: early; cool but nice.
Comments:
Didn't sleep super-well: histamine early in the AM, but didn't feel too bad once up.
Heels...weren't bad! Good thing, since it was a track day.
Gut's still off from the weekend, so we did a loop around South with a pit-stop in the portas. Then did a lap of strides and got after it. Started just before 6AM.
The plan was to do the 5x300m with 100m rest. First set in ~60, the second set "faster". CA led odds, I led evens.

I pushed the last one, and it felt pretty good!
Form: REALLY focused on:
1. hip hinge (butt back)
2. chest relaxed down
3. pawback (flick forward-reach-pull, especially R)
4. arms (with scaps back)
Felt GREAT. First 9 were not hard: normal breathing pattern!
Really encouraged.
Wore the adizeros. So awesome. They're like Anton 101s -- Need to cut the heel off since the forefoot is worn nearly to nothing!
