Comments:
Risky run today. The groin -- especially on the right -- has been SUPER-stiff this week. SO weird. I think it's all part of this compensatory amalgam of shit: first the right ankle, then the left hip and now the right.

I wasn't sure I could do it -- and darn near quit -- but I hung in.

CA led in what should've been a progressive cut-down. I ran pretty darn slow, because halfway into the first one, my right adductor was SUPER-tight. I did some "circumferential tissue mobs", and thankfully that staved it off. So I did that after every one!

Not bad. Adductor was tight, but didn't get worse.
