Comments:
Went out a little early to avoid the rain today. Glad we did. However, I felt very depleted, had a tough time keeping the pace. Struggles getting back in. My ribs were feeling good. Eitherway, nice mileage.
Essentials: Stretch
Still wasnt raining when we got back so I had more time to stretch outside. Back part of next week is gonna be rough again, so want to sustain what ever mileage I can now.
