Des Moines - lunch barefoot grass run

Weather: pretty warm, almost sunny - WET grass

Comments:
Ran at lunch time. My partner did a great job to free up some stuff in my trunk and shoulder blade, so I wanted to try it out. But since I didn't bring running shoes (which were soaking wet, back at the hotel), I ran 100% barefoot on this small inner square on campus that was 90% grass, requiring some concrete running to get to grass plots.

Really focused on posture and feeling:

* butt back, chest relaxed
* my guts RELAXING into the pelvis!
* my ribs relaxing on top of my guts!

When I do that I can definitely tell when I'm symmetrical (vs trunk L). HUGE development.

GREAT afternoon of class, then solo dinner. Found a great brewery with good beer and outstanding food. Ate, had a beer, then grabbed some snacks and headed back to the hotel. Solid day.
