Finding lost relics

Down and back on the CCT. The 3.5 miles slightly up hill on the way back are kinda killer, but the CCT is great because it's so shady. I set out to find my key that I lost in the snow during winter break, and to my surprise, I actually found it! This is the longest run I've done so far over these short two weeks of summer training, and I feel great. Core and stretch, roll after.
