early morning PRE with CA

Weather: high 50s, nice

Comments:
Slept better last night (thank goodness for Allegra). We hustled out the door at 5:40ish so we could drive farther, to PRE trail. The campus loop is nice but 100% concrete.

Parked at RunHub and ran into Alton Baker for the PRE loop. Was pretty stiff, in general:

* ankles were stiff-ish, but very little pain after the half-mile
* hips were generally stiff....with some return of the right groin (along with some lumbar-like R glute soreness)

Overall, just tired and heavy, but not bad. Nice AM run, albeit labored.
