Comments:
Stayed in today, nice nice weather though. I got out in the afternoon. Still kinda slow like on Thursday. Took my time. Coming back, the trail is so overgrown, the weeds just sprouted up. Had to slow down a little bit to bush whack.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch inside when I returned. My rib is still a little sore, but I dont feel it at all while running.
